This Agreement outlines clear expectations for all students living at Ivory University House.

Standards of Conduct

Students applying to live at Ivory University House agree to refrain from the following activities while on the premises:

  • Possession, consumption, or distribution of alcoholic beverages; marijuana or cannabis products; tobacco, smoking, or vaping products; or any other illegal substances.
  • Gambling.
  • Possession, viewing, distribution, or display of pornographic material.
  • Any illegal activity or behavior that violates state or federal laws.
  • Having overnight guests.

As you consider your housing options, please reflect on whether these standards align with your lifestyle. Engagement in any of the activities above—or a change in enrollment status—may result in removal from Ivory University House.
